There is an endless stream of advice for businesses on how they can and should utilise social media in order to build customer relationships and maintain their competitive positions as it now becomes a prerequisite to success in what seems to be every marketplace.
As we at IIS introduce ourselves to the world of social media I have been given the task of researching the different elements of social media and coming to terms with how we can use it meet our business needs, enhance our successes, build upon them and support our drive and mission to continually stay in touch with and meet our customers needs.
